The Role

We have an exciting new opening for a Marketing Manager in the Brand Team at Moonbug for our global preschool sensation CoComelon.

CoComelon is the most popular kids show on Netflix since launching in 2020 (and continues to hold that position) and is the most viewed show on YouTube, with over 100 Million subscribers around the world. CoComelon is an animated nursery rhyme show about JJ and his family and friends in a relatable and fun preschool world.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Brand Marketing Director on all brand activations and projects centered around driving affinity and growth of the CoComelon brand globally. The Marketing Manager will work with members of the Brand team including Social Media, Community Management and Creative. They will also lead and/or contribute to initiatives with cross-functional teams to support the brand's broader commercial needs across Distribution, Licensing & Merch, Brand Partnerships, Music, Live Events and key partners outside the organization. You will work with key stakeholders to build a holistic brand experience across marketing channels and partner/Moonbug streaming channels. You will create and implement marketing plans and analyze the impact of our efforts. Results will be measured in audience affinity/growth and revenue growth.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with a business, marketing or similar degree and previous experience in a brand marketing role, ideally within an entertainment and/or kids-focused business, to work in one of the most exciting kids' entertainment companies.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a prior marketing role, is excellent at managing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and can think strategically and creatively. A passion for building brands and communities, the digital media landscape and an understanding of every step in the marketing funnel is key. Also critical to the role is an understanding of how marketing can drive commercial success, while ensuring the long-term health of the brand.

The successful candidate must be autonomous and self-organized, while creative and self-motivated; have strong attention to detail and great communication skills. The candidate must also be proactive, process-driven, meet committed deadlines and great at working collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Collaborate with the CoComelon Brand Marketing Director and broader brand team to set annual marketing plans and activations. Support the execution of these brands and key initiatives.
• Work closely with the Brand Director to understand the CoComelon brand. Be the brand steward on key projects to protect the brand vision, mission and values while ensuring cross functional teams and external partner's efforts align with brands' commercial and brand needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the CoComelon target audience and fans across key community touch points like Social Media.
• Ability to leverage learnings and insights and develop them into creative, marketing executions or initiatives that can build brand affinity and support the brands commercial goals.
• Establish relevant KPIs for marketing initiatives and channels such as website, emails, social and more. Track performance against KPIs to identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Oversee creation of brand assets including trailers, sales materials, promotional assets and other marketing materials aligning to brand guidelines.
• Develop test & learn opportunities to improve performance of key tactics and channels, based on data & analytical insights.

You
• You have 3+ years' experience in a marketing role or brand strategy role with a strong focus on digital marketing
• Experience with family entertainment a benefit
• Bachelor's degree required
• Analytical and creative mindset with an understanding of the marketing funnel
• Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritize your time and projects aligning to the priorities of the Brand Marketing Director
• Strategic self-starter with ability to navigate cross-functional teams
• Must have a proven track record of successfully driving projects from start to finish
• A strong communicator (written and oral)
• A can-do, positive attitude
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Hungry and curious - constantly bringing new insights, ideas and opportunities to the brand
• Passion for brands that move fast and shape culture
• Fluent English, essential; other languages beneficial
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Sense of humor and desire to have fun!

• Base Compensation Range: 90,000 - 120,000 annually
