Job Description
Manage, operate, and program all LED and digital display systems for games, concerts, and special events. Coordinate with stakeholders to create and display crucial content and information. Assist in training scoreboard game-day staff on LED boards and provide in-game oversight. Assist with Brewers partnerships, marketing and production projects, including: video, graphics, special events, and concerts.

• Serve as subject matter expert for control room equipment, particularly Ross Tessera, Carbonite and Xpression
• Create templates in Tessera and Xpression
• Create, design and animate LED and digital display projects for games, concerts, and special events as needed
• Program and operate LED boards during all Brewers games, concerts, and special events
• Assist with control room prep, and may be needed to operate in different roles for live programming
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content and information for LED boards and digital displays
• Assist with sponsors adapting or creating content for LED boards and digital displays
• Monitor all American Family Field (and American Family Fields of Phoenix) LED systems of working status and remedy any issues, while also notifying immediate supervisor
• Provide oversight and training for scoreboard game day staff operating LED boards
• Serve as intermediary between MBBC and LED contractors
• Assist with videotaping and editing production projects
• Assist in the production of graphics and animations for in-game use
• On-site presence and responsibilities for non-ballpark events requiring use of the control room equipment and ballpark LED displays, unless otherwise determined by supervisor
• Attend sports technology and media conference
• Manage system backups and source code control

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training including the creative design and LED technology experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Other Qualifications
• 1-2 years experience managing staff
• Knowledge of all Daktronics Sports Software (Show Control, DakStats, DSTI, Sportswire, DCGI, Data Studio, DXTER), Daktronics Communication Server (DCS), and All-Sport functions
• Working knowledge of Data triggers in DSTIDCGI and writing OTF files Daktronics Data Studio and how it interacts with Statcast data from MLB
• Experience with control room equipment, along with a willingness to learn more about the operation of the equipment including, but not limited to, Ross Acuity video switcher and EVS replay system
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must have knowledge of XML data feeds
• Must be able to work with File RTD - text documents that feed data frames
• Must be able to program and operate Show Control
• Be able to schedule and run POP reports
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, emphasis on After Effects and Photoshop
• Occasional travel is required

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Travel (up to 15%) to affiliate locations is required.

Work Hours

Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours will be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays.
