Mikros Animation has also produced more than 250 hours of programming, broadcast by notable channels including Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, TF1, France TV, Gulli, M6, Gloob, and Super RTL. Our animated episodic content airs and streams globally, in over 180 countries.

Mikros Animation is now structured to welcome new projects in collaboration with the major players in the animation market, and is now preparing several full CG feature films, including an upcoming confidential project produced by Nickelodeon, The Tiger's Apprentice produced by Paramount Animation, or Ozi produced by GCIFilm.

In this context, the Parisian studio is expanding its team and is looking for a Production Studio Assistant to join our formidable team!

Under the supervision of the Director of Productions, the PA Studio occupies a key position in the organization. A vector of information for the various teams and departments, he participates in the proper functioning of production. Its missions are:
• Help top management organize meetings and bring together the necessary people
• Take notes during internal meetings and some external meetings
• Manage internal production mailing lists and discussion groups, as well as access to production tools (Shotgun)
• Check the production time logs, relaunch the coordinates and do a final review before transmission to payroll (weekly)
• Participate in the organization of monthly events and team building with the whole team in coordination with the OPS
• Gather production elements for internal events or external communication
• Monitor the tracking document for production trips and expense reports (T&L + team building expenses)
• Liaise with foreign studios when French teams travel (provide conference equipment, machines, details on accommodation in the reception studio)
• Manage reviews room reservation conflicts between projects
• Welcome new arrivals, make project's presentation (onboarding project), and coordinate with the OPS, IT and HR according to the established process, send tickets for the creation of accounts, participate and prepare for Arrivals / Departures meetings
• Organize the studio visit for newcomers, introduce the production team

Qualifications

Skills required ...
• Organizational skills: personal efficiency, time management and the ability to prioritize simultaneous demands
• Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others
• Attention to detail, motivation and demonstrating the desire to work in a dynamic environment
• Speak fluently English and French
• Be comfortable with the Office suite and managing a calendar

• Previous experiences on projects of animated feature films, animated TV series and / or VFX feature films
