Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Lead, the compositing artist is responsible for the visual quality of his shots and their delivery. They are responsible of integrating 2D / 3D renderings while respecting the technical rules and the artistic vision of the project. Their main missions will be:
• Provide artistic and technical expertise
• Integration of 2D / 3D renderings, while respecting the artistic continuity of the sequences and the artistic direction of the project
• Perform digital composition tasks including color correction, integration of matte painting, relighting ...
• Work with the supervisor and the lead in order to respect the creative and technical approaches
• Execute the requested returns and ensure their follow-up
• Respect the quotas and objectives given by the production and the supervisor
• Deliver on time plans for presentations and deliveries
• Maintain good relationship and good team dynamics

Qualifications

Required skills ...
• Experience as a Compositing Artist on 3D animation projects
• Good knowledge of Nuke software (production experience required)
• Strong sense of color, integration and composition
• Great attention to detail
• Be a force for adaptation, proposal and motivation
• Good understanding of the pipeline of a film production
• Ability to multitask, establish and / or respect priorities
• Proactive in communication and problem solving
• Knowledge of lighting
