Position Overview:
The position of Ballpark Operations Staff, under the direction of the Manager, Ballpark Operations, shall be responsible for assisting with all gameday and special event setup and breakdown performed at Loan Depot park. As a Part-Time Ballpark Services Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for fans during gamedays and special events. We're seeking go-getters who are not just fans of the sport but are ready to bring their energy, enthusiasm, and can-do attitude to our winning team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics for all exterior and interior gameday activations including signage, giveaways, private events, promotions, gates, and more.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of gameday and special events to ensure every fan experience is a grand slam.
• Collaborate closely with the Ballpark Services Team by responding to all requests for equipment needs, guest questions, etc. during the game.
• Assist with on field pre/post-game events including setting barriers, rolling up netting, and removing field gates.
• Assist with ballpark crowd control.
• Participate in walkthroughs of the stadium grounds and attend vendor meetings to help coordinate events.
• Showcase your strength – lift and carry equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds) including tables, chairs, staging equipment, and other needs.
• Keep the atmosphere buzzing with a clean and organized work environment.
• Embrace the excitement of working nights, holidays, and weekends – this is where the magic happens!
• Contribute to the success of various other game-changing duties assigned by the team.

Qualifications:
• Channel your passion for sports, especially baseball – be the behind the scenes spark that ignites the fan experience!
• Bring a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
• Be the MVP of flexibility – ready to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Team player extraordinaire with excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience Preferences:
• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Post high school education, such as an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, is a plus.
• Background in sports operations or event production is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
