Job Description

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a Contract Administrator to collect, review, and abstract contingent compensation and other agreements. In addition, they will be responsible for adding new contracts into MGM's automated participation accounting system and supporting the work of the reporting teams.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and review inbound agreements to determine whether there are any third-party reporting obligations
• Prepare contract abstracts for approval by the company attorneys
• Recommend reporting methodology
• Prepare an abstract translating legal terms into system options or contracts added to the MGM automated participation accounting system
• Set up contracts in the company's automated reporting system
• Set up companies and contacts in department systems
• Provide legal research support for the currents and library reporting groups

Requirements:
• J.D. with minimum 3 years prior entertainment experience
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with participation reporting preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative, multi-task, and commit to project follow through
