Title: Part-Time Social Media Specialist

Rate: $15 per hour, 28-34 hours per week

Description: The MASN Digital Team is seeking a creative individual with a passion for social media, the Baltimore Orioles and Major League Baseball to join us for the upcoming season!

This role will be responsible for elevating our O’s scope on MASN social accounts via coverage of Orioles games, amplifying the work of insiders, and executing sponsorships.

Skills:

- Ability to work in fast-paced sports environment

- Passion for the Baltimore Orioles and Major League Baseball

- Knowledge of social media trends

- Familiarity with X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

- Experience with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop

- Strong writing ability

Responsibilities:

- Social media coverage of Orioles content and games. Posting articles, highlights, score updates, player, coach and front office sound on our MASN Orioles X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages, as well as masnsports.com and the MASN App

- Collaborating with MASN’s Digital Content team on projects

- Executing sponsorships and delivering on performance benchmarks

- Monitor social media trends and implement them into MASN’s social voice

Work Environment:

- Flexible schedule required, as shifts will follow Orioles’ schedule, including many nights

and weekends
