Who are we hiring
The Project Manager supports the Development and Construction team at Sphere in managing a diverse portfolio of Sphere projects across the globe. The Project Manager plays a key role in coordinating the development and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Sphere's vision, standard, and objectives. This role involves day-to-day project management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive problem-solving to help drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What will you do?
• Support the Development and Construction projects from concept through completion, helping ensure alignment with Sphere's creative and technical goals
• Assist in managing project schedules, budget, and resources to help delivery successful outcomes across global projectsCoordinate day-to-day communication between internal teams, consultants, and external partners to support smooth project execution
• Help track and maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the preconstruction and construction phases
• Identify potential issues early and escalate risks to senior team members for resolution
• Contribute to project planning activities and provide input that supports overall organizational goals
• Prepare and maintain regular project updates, reports, and communication material for stakeholders
• Support the improvement of project processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency
What do you need to s/ucceed?
• Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Approximately 5+ years of experience managing development and construction projects, ideally within a global or complex environment
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within a budget, and to quality and safety standards
• Solid understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paces environment
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

This position is open to candidates located in New York, Las Vegas, or London, with location-specific salary ranges outlined below.
• New York: $75,000 - $130,000
• Las Vegas: $75,000 - $120,000
• London: £75,000-£190,000
Pay Range
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
