Who are we hiring:

The Threat Management Intelligence Analyst will support the Senior Intelligence Analyst, Manager of Intelligence, and the Sr. Director of Intelligence & Security Operations Center in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on potential and emerging risks that may impact MSG Company personnel and assets. This position plays an important role in maintaining real-time situational awareness by contributing to the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of intelligence across the organization.

The Intelligence Analyst will apply foundational skills in intelligence collection, research, and report writing, while leveraging various information technology and communications platforms. The role requires a working knowledge of threat monitoring, global security trends, and relevant open-source and classified data sources.

Working closely with other TM departments, this position will help integrate insights from multiple intelligence streams, including human intelligence (HUMINT), to support predictive analysis and actionable intelligence products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to enhancing the company's ability to anticipate threats, inform stakeholders, and support risk mitigation strategies.

What will you do?
• Identify and analyze relevant risks, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats; produce timely, actionable intelligence to support enterprise-wide security operations
• Conduct research across open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media platforms, and the deep/dark web to detect threats with potential impact to the company or its stakeholders.
• Monitor global geopolitical developments and assess their potential impact on international travel, corporate events, and business operations; provide timely updates and situational reports.
• Support Executive Protection and Protective Services teams with ad-hoc intelligence analysis and pre-operational briefings.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of both tactical and strategic intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to identify information gaps, develop intelligence requirements, and enhance early threat detection capabilities.
• Work with venue and tour security teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks and disruptions during events.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional security teams to ensure seamless intelligence integration and situational awareness across operations.
• Conduct risk assessments on potential vendors, artists, and business partners to identify reputational or operational threats.
• Analyze and distill large datasets into clear, concise intelligence summaries tailored for executive leadership, including C-Suite briefings.
• Perform additional duties as required in support of the Threat Management division and evolving business needs.

What do you need to succeed:
• Education and/or training experience conducting or supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination functions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive research and analysis using multiple unclassified sources and synthesize data into information relevant to consumers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct briefings that present clear, concise, logic-based conclusions to support and inform the executive decision-making process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help implement new ideas to help drive the program forward.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while operating under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Experience identifying, testing, and implementing new tools and procedures then training your peers on best practices and lessons learned.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic scheduling requirements to effectively support the needs of MSG Leadership.
• Willing to work hours outside of normal business hours, including nights and weekends, as required to meet company objectives.

Pay Range

$75,000 - $82,000 USD
