Job Description:
The Video Technician will oversee installations of any and all computer systems or electronic devices and manage back-up servers and cloud solutions. They will enforce staff trainings, standards, and procedures and must communicate between day to day operations and executive management. The Video Technician will field any video/network production questions as well as identify possible problems with internal systems and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities:
• Video Operations/Video Control Boards operation & Programming in a safe and consistent manner
• Maintenance and repair of video equipment
• Assist with Production throughout the house as needed
• Accommodate artist/ event A/V requirements
• Assist with the technical advance with Artists representatives
• Ensure proper care and handling of all in-house and rental lighting & A/V equipment
• Interact with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show
• Distribute or create video plot plans
• Oversee and operate systems pertaining to video throughout the entire event
• Ensure Special Events videos needs are scheduled and met
• Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
• Assist with any Special Events operations

Qualifications:
• Live music production experience
• Minimum 5 years technical or production management in live music settings
• Must have a strong IT background
• Must be proficient in both Mac and PC platforms
• Must have working knowledge of audio, lighting, and video systems

• Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful
