THE ROLE
Live Nation is seeking a Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs for Brazil. This senior leader will shape the company's narrative within the country, guide media strategy across Brazil's major cities, support key business initiatives, and strengthen relationships with press, partners, and civic stakeholders. This person brings disciplined communications judgment, strong earned and social storytelling capabilities, a proactive mindset, and deep fluency in Brazil's cultural, political, and media dynamics.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead a clear, cohesive media strategy for Brazil that aligns with global priorities and supports local business objectives
• Develop and execute public affairs strategies that advance Live Nation's goals within the Brazilian market
• Guide all press engagement across the country, including messaging, interviews, executive visibility, and local storytelling opportunities
• Use social-first content and channels to expand message reach, shape perception, and support earned media efforts across Brazil's highly active digital ecosystem
• Oversee PR and public affairs agency partners in Brazil, set clear KPIs and performance standards, and ensure strong monitoring, reporting, and insights that inform strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment, culture, business, and civic media throughout Brazil's key markets
• Provide insight into Brazilian media trends, public sentiment, and political developments, advising leadership on narrative direction and communications priorities
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders across Brazil, including community organizations, industry partners, and advocacy groups
• Lead planning and rapid response for issues ensuring accurate, timely, and coordinated messaging across teams
• Oversee the development of public affairs materials tailored to Brazil, such as presentations, infographics, videos, and other informational content
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field strongly preferred
• 12+ years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public policy in Brazil
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
• Proven experience as an on-record spokesperson
• Deep understanding of Brazil's media ecosystem, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to shape narratives that resonate locally
• Track record managing issues and crises in high-visibility, fast-paced environments
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate emerging issues
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach, with strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others

Compensation and benefits for this role will be determined based on the employee's location and aligned with local market practices and Brazilian labor regulations. Details will be provided during the offer process. This role may be eligible for bonus subject to plan terms and local eligibility.
