THE ROLE
National Artist Hospitality Project Manager
Our backstage teams have a leading role in the experience the artists and touring personnel have at our venues. The extent to which we recognize our crew members for service well done is the extent to which they will care not only for our Artists and touring personnel, but for each other.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Live Nation is seeking a National Artist Hospitality Project Manager. The position will directly report to the Head of Artist Hospitality and coordinate with the Artist Hospitality Team. This is a full-time position.

Job Functions & Key Responsibilities:
• Systems & Process Management:
• Create and maintain database-driven systems for managing artist, show, and venue information.
• Continuously improve processes for information management and operational efficiency across the artist services ecosystem.
• Act as a central communications coordinator for the department.
• Partnership Oversight:
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for backstage brand partnerships (e.g., Yeti, Athletic, Strauss), aligning roadmaps and operations to meet goals for both parties.
• Coordinate with Live Nation organizational partners to promote and expand backstage involvement (e.g., Mindful Nation, Sober Nation, Sustainability, Rome team).
• Support execution for other external partnerships (e.g. Backline, End Overdose).
• Tour & Event Support:
• Provide specialized tour support for high-profile and priority targets, including underplay shows and tours.
• Lead planning and on-site management of key events, including friends & family activations and tour parties, providing on-site support when needed to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify up & coming artists to expand the backstage hospitality program across venue types.
• Provide on-site support for new venue openings as needed.
• Program Development & Expansion:
• Drive the full project lifecycle for national initiatives while continuously improving existing national programs to enhance backstage experience and artist satisfaction. Manage all aspects including planning, resource coordination, and documentation management to ensure successful backstage programs.
• Support Artist Services catering initiatives as needed.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Develop reports and presentations on team performance and project outcomes that demonstrate backstage programs impact, ROI, and strategic value.
• Prepare regular reports for executive leadership.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for feedback and storytelling, including backstage QR code review system.
• Team Development:
• Provide training, direction, and oversee workload for the National Artist Services Administrator, optimizing team workflow and resource allocation.
• Provide training & support for additional new national team members.
• Continue to centralize Backstage Experience Coordinator training processes and documents.

• Knowledge and skills surrounding Airtable platform
• Knowledge of sustainability and touring protocols
• Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Canva, Adobe
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or something comparable preferred.
• 1 year + of backstage/production/hospitality experience
• 2-3 years + of work experience in a comparable role
• 1-2 years + of leadership and management experience
