THE JOB
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking Sustainability Team Members to support and execute the venue's environmental initiatives. This role helps drive waste diversion, resource conservation, and fan education efforts throughout the season.
This is a part-time, seasonal position.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Implement waste diversion programs including recycling and composting
• Monitor waste stations and educate fans on proper sorting practices
• Conduct waste audits and track diversion data
• Support back-of-house sustainability initiatives with vendors and staff
• Assist with load-in and post-show sustainability efforts
• Maintain clear signage and clean waste stations throughout events
• Collaborate with Operations and Guest Services teams to support venue-wide initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce environmental impact
