Job Description
THE JOB

Coca-Cola Amphitheater is seeking highly motivated and proactive Operations team members. As a member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for servicing needs of the venue, ensuring the venue is always ''show ready'' for guests and artists. This may include, but is not limited to, moving and setting up chairs and tables, setting up a security perimeter, painting touchups, building repair, facilitating large lines of guests, filling in for ushers or security when needed, interacting with the other departments around the venue, interfacing with the guests, and more. This is a part-time, seasonal position.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Works directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day of show duties
• Assists in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, bike rack, signage, etc.
• Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings, including painting, cleaning, landscaping and Misc. Projects.
• Respond to or elevate staff/guest inquiries and/or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
• Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
• Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members
• Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.
• Detect and/or respond to faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• If applicable, driving forklift and/or other company vehicles and completing all required tasks that fall under those positions.
• Assist with venue setup/event conversions.
• Additional tasks as requested by management.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude
• Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work extended hours, including early or late hours

Preferred:
• Experience in a live music environment and/or high-volume operations

Physical Demands/Working Environment:
• Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressful
• Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Able to handle manual labor
