Role Description

Working within International Touring, you will be assisting the team in
overseeing all aspects of the business supporting the team needs in d elivering and planning events . In this role you will be involved with all aspects of touring logistics and fulfilment . You will be working alongside the event organisers to enhance the fan experience and generate revenue for the artist .

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Prior experience working in live entertainment , ideally with a Promoter or at an Agency, is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in international tour ing would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel is essential
• Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage task and work under pressure
• Ability to liaise directly with tour directors and tour managers/agents and Internal touring team
• Previous experience in an admin heavy role is desirable
• Additional languages are desirable

What the role includes
• Assisting Tour Bookers with administrative tasks for touring at an International level
• Aggregating local offers in Salesforce, with the ability to understand local markets & currencies
• Tracking finances across current tours
• Collate promoter details for each show and relevant contacts
• Working with the various teams across the European touring department to collate ticket prices, announcements and
on sale schedules
• Coordinate comm u nications across departments
• Diary managemen t, meeting scheduling and travel arrangement coordination
on an ad hoc basis
• Coordinate final sales information between Ticketing and Operations departments
