Overall Event Production
• Planning, coordination, and execution of live events and multi- room club events.

Artist and Stakeholder Liaison
• Primary contact between the venue and artists/event organisers.

Financial Management
• Budget oversight for events.

Logistics
• Coordination of schedules, transport, accommodation, and other logistical needs

Event Flow Management
• Ensuring adherence to planned schedules, adapting as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Equipment Management:
• Oversight of setup, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment.

Technical Crew Management
• Leadership of the technical crew.

Safety Compliance
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Troubleshooting
• Quick resolution of technical issues

Corporate Show Supervision
• Supervise corporate shows, oversee strip-out and setup, and coordinate venue preparations and transitions.
