THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Search to be part of Live Nation Entertainment's Marketing & Data Team, which is responsible for ushering in the next evolution of live event marketing via innovative digital marketing campaigns. The role will oversee our Paid Search strategy and operations and will report directly to the Director, Paid Search & Social.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO• • Lead a team of marketers responsible for setting up and running Paid Search campaigns
• Work with finance and develop spend forecasts
• Track progress against prioritized business goals
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on automation and reporting
• Deliver regular readouts to key business partners across the organization
• Unlock incremental improvements through a test and learn approach
• Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform investment strategy
• Think strategically across a variety of campaign types

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or related field• • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Search including Google and Bing
• Experience managing annual budgets of at least $20M and a high volume of campaigns
• Able to recruit, coach, and develop a team of digital marketers
• Familiar with tools including Tableau, Domo, Datorama, and Google Analytics
• Significant experience with Google Ads and Search Ads 360
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on research, testing, and analysis techniques
• Record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision making
• Superior written & verbal skills with the capability of presenting to and challenging senior leaders
• Affinity for the sports, music, and live entertainment industry
