Sharepoint Administrator - 12 months FTC

Division: IT International (Live Nation Entertainment)

Line Managers: Enterprise Applications Director & IT Operations Director

Contract Terms: Contract to Perm

THE TEAM

The IT Operations Team are primarily responsible for the design, administration and support of public (SaaS) and private (AWS) cloud infrastructure serving the corporate offices of Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) in the EMEA region.

Additional responsibilities: managing supporting security, networking & application platforms, performing business integrations, implementing corporate policies & standards, reporting metrics & compliance, and providing guidance & support to other teams across the region.

THE JOB

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Online administrator to support our global SharePoint Online environment in collaboration with other Microsoft 365 admins. You should exhibit a solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users.

Key technologies include Microsoft 365, (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams), Active Directory.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Building out new, custom modern SharePoint sites, designate site admins, manage sharing settings.
• Providing guidance, training, and support for teams who use SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to create and troubleshoot SharePoint Online integrated forms and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint/Microsoft 365-related issues and, when necessary, engaging with Microsoft Premier Support.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
• At least couple of years' of experience as a SharePoint administrator.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups
• Experience creating and troubleshooting Power Apps forms and Power Automate Flows.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 design, management, and security.
• A certification in or working towards Office365, SharePoint Online or SharePoint
• Experience with PowerShell would be a plus.
