Senior Product Marketing Manager

THE JOB

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Experience Marketing to drive long term vision and success for membership programs across Venue Nation venues, with a heavy focus on our annual Lawn Pass program.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps & integrated marketing plans for our annual Lawn Pass membership program.
• Ensure program development and rollouts are streamlined and executed smoothly
• Communicate with subject area experts across Brand, Experience Regional & Digital teams to develop marketing & communication strategies for product lifecycle
• Align internal partners as well as external agencies via strategic briefs, design, copy, website content, social content, media buying, and others as needed based on the initiative.
• Use data based decision making to evolve program strategy based on both guest & business needs.
• Consult with Fan & Artist services team on the development and sales strategy for ancillary products and program merch
• Partner with our operations team on member activations to engage pass members throughout our concert season
