THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Client Marketing team leverages the largest database of live event fans in the world to deliver outstanding performance and return for clients through proprietary marketing products and services.
THE JOB
Our Client Marketing Product team at Ticketmaster is growing, and we are seeking a Product Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge in product. Working side-by-side with our talented engineers and other product managers, you'll help define the next generation of Ticketmaster's marketing products.
The role will help create a suite of products for live event marketers that drive incremental ticket sales for clients by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their marketing. As Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the execution of critical projects, whilst contributing to the wider goals of the marketing product suite.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Help manage the entire product suite life cycle – influencing product strategy and direction; defining and prioritizing product requirements, features and functionality; contribute to product roadmaps as well as recommend product direction.
• Lead product discovery for critical projects to resolve some of our clients' biggest marketing challenges
• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and analyzing site and feature performance
• Help manage feature development and product rollout including development of specs and acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Produce up to date and accurate feature documentation, both within the release cycle as well as in an ad-hoc capacity
• Partner with in-house teams including engineering, data services, marketing measurement, digital media and analytics to agree on strategy and product direction
• Develop and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way.
• Ship stable products and scale them with a focus on quality.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• 2+ years of B2B product management experience
• Experience in marketing data/analytics projects/business intelligence tools is a big plus
• Technical background is an advantage
• Influencer, collaborator and relationship builder.
• Comfortable and effective when leading presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and large audiences.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and proactive; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Get it done attitude – must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements. A mindset of being flexible and a desire to win as a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
YOU (BEHAVIORAL SKILLS)
• You will be working with green field product development, taking an active part in perfecting product strategy, establishing North Star goals and validating product assumptions.
• You will be a key player in creating an actionable product strategy. You will work with Product Leadership on how to transform the overall vision and product strategy into roadmaps and key initiatives such that it delivers value as part of the Peakon/Workday offering
• You will drive the execution and development of the strategy and roadmap as well as be part of building and scaling the product team. You will guide the product team through the product development lifecycle, establish the best approach, product metrics and own the overall deliveries.
• As with any growing product area, this role will span across product strategy, day-to-day product management responsibilities and include successful collaboration across the company from engineering to executive leadership
