Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Venue Management Division. As a member of our Analytics department, this role will be responsible for insights and reporting across E-mail, CRM, Digital Marketing, and In-Venue Marketing. You will focus on querying data, building dashboards, automating reports, and sharing meaningful data stories. You will combine technical skills, marketing acumen, and a passion for music/live events to drive improvements and strategy.

By partnering with the VP - Venue Marketing, SVP – Revenue & Analytics, and other Venues leadership, you will create original solutions that will make an impact across our Owned & Operated Venues portfolio. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, and a self-starter.

• Oversee email reporting using data from Salesforce and our Marketing Data Lake
• Build Tableau dashboards and reports to track ongoing execution and performance
• Partner with venue marketers to identify areas of optimization and testing opportunities
• Track venue social engagement and ticket conversions to help venue marketers grow and optimize organic social media strategy
• Track venue website traffic and marketing campaigns for our venue marketing, special event and premium seat departments
• Create reports tracking the impact of in-venue marketing strategies
• Query our purchaser database for segmentation and analysis
• Create PowerPoint presentations and visualizations, transforming data into actionable insights and stories that come to life
• Work with Data Engineers, Venue IT, and other Analysts to improve our data pipelines
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role, preferably in Sports, Entertainment, or Venues
• Proficiency with Tableau (or a comparable BI tool)
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (or comparable Web Analytics platform)
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience reporting on Digital Marketing performance (search, email, social, programmatic, direct buys, etc.)
• Experience with Email reporting (Salesforce Marketing Cloud ideally)
• Experience working with CRM or customer data
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
