The Role
The Sr. Director of Product is responsible for helping drive the product vision, strategy, and execution within the LiveAnalytics team. The LiveAnalytics team is a market leading data analytics provider focused on innovation and unlocking the power of data for our clients. As a key member of this team, you will own and manage a multi-year plan to modernize our platform and productize our current client offerings into scalable self-service products and help innovate new products.
What You Will Be Doing
• Develop a vision and strategy for LiveAnalytics products and services; and work with Development and Business stakeholders to ensure the deliveries are in line with the vision.
• Collaborate across Product and Engineering leadership to tie new feature development back to strategic product roadmaps.
• Ensure that strategic product decisions align with business objectives.
• Develop and track metrics for success, both within the product team and our client's usage of our data.
• Ship reliable, stable products and scale them with a focus on quality.
• Work with Business lead and engineering to ensure quarterly and yearly OKR's, milestones, and priorities are achieved.
• Work with the Engineering team to manage day-to-day development of internal and external data integrations and reporting ecosystem.
• Work with internal clients to understand their needs and productize them.
What You Will Need to Know (or Technical Skills)
• 7 years of experience in product management
• Knowledge of or certification in agile software development practices and experience
• Experience managing modernization of legacy systems
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Master's degree preferred
