Role Description

An exciting opportunity to join the international data team at Live Nation Entertainment.

Live Nation Entertainment is the world's leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Live Nation Concerts, Live Nation Media & Sponsorship and Ticketmaster.

This is a fixed term position helping deliver & improve data and analytics programs for Live Nation International business supporting marketing, digital advertising & business operations. You will help improve digital analytics, BI & data platforms solutions and be responsible for the adaptation of data tools and platforms across international markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping data transformation initiatives supporting business stakeholders across Live Nation International markets

What the role Involves
• Own and manage day to day operations of Google Analytics supporting business stakeholders with technical expertise, training and best practices.
• Partner with global digital and data teams to capture requirements and improve data quality across digital analytics and ad tech tools
• Deliver consumer insights and develop BI solutions supporting self-serve reporting leveraging Tableau, Looker and data warehouse.
• Support marketing and media teams with audience segmentation and insights utilising DMP, CDP and ad-tech tools
• Support data and tech teams in roll out of new tools, digital tracking and data programs in product, customer and privacy compliance
• Provide ad-hoc support to leadership team with reporting needs, consumer insights, design/delivery of data plans and initiatives

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Strong experience in Google analytics, GA4 or Adobe Analytics and similar is must
• Expertise and understanding of digital media and tracking solutions like GTM, Consent management, Ads serving tools or similar is a must
• Experience and hand-on expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio, Tableau or similar tools
• Expertise in Ad Tech tools (e.g. DMP, DSP, SSP) and marketing tools (Salesforce, Social is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Google Big query, similar data warehouses, customer data platforms would be advantageous
• Good understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and its impact on data collection would be advantageous.
• Hand on expertise with Excel, Google sheets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Proactive, highly motivated, curious and critical thinker
