Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm with some occasional 'out-of-hours' working

Role Description

You will sit in the Global team and feed into 20+ Partnership teams around the world. The role is integral to the day to day management of a key strategic partner and will be pivotal in tracking major deliverables across many markets, keeping teams on course for successful delivery.

What the role includes
• Support the management of contractual obligations across markets
• Collate internal touring spreadsheets, ensure information is being delivered in a standardised format
• Organise and assist on local market status calls. Create agendas and compile post-meeting notes
• Aid Account Director in the distribution of marketing spends between the local markets
• Day to day management of both central and local market pipelines. Ensuring up to date information is being shared
• Tracking and recording of local market spends, ensuring delivery stays on target
• Aid ticket analyst with ticket reporting
• Create local market ticket access offers on behalf of partner
• Work with marketing and ticketing teams to ensure correct set-up of partnership campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with Live Nation internal teams and market leads to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
• Assist in compiling data and information to aid partnership decisions on touring opportunities
