Role Description
An exciting opportunity to join the PR team at Live Nation U.K. Concerts in the London office, working across the company's rich roster of tours and live events.
Reporting to the Head of Concert Publicity, you will lead and assist on campaigns for all Live Nation U.K. Concerts events. Working as part of the team you will also work alongside the marketing team and promoters, as well as external PR agencies and partners.
You will be required to work and publicise key events and shows ranging in musical genre across live music to special live experience shows. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking publicity passionate induvial who is on the beat with extensive media knowledge.

You will be passionate, curious, and surrounded and supported by smart, creative people and you'll refuse to accept that something cannot be done. Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Proven experience working in a music / entertainment PR agency or in-house with strong knowledge of media, popular culture, and live music industries
• Strong understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices
• An analytical mind with excellent attention to detail
• Copywriting experience
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task whilst working to deadlines
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Willingness to contribute to ideas across the PR campaigns
• Competent with Microsoft Office software packages to a proficient standard
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for publicity within the music / entertainment space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.

What the role includes
• Lead on PR activity across the department including the day to day running of the Live Nation U.K. Concerts press office
• Upkeeping calendars (editorial deadlines, press conferences/junkets, key events etc.) and media lists
• Tracking and monitoring media coverage
• Conduct research to support PR planning in organising and execution of PR events, media junkets and campaigns
• Draft and distribute content such as press releases, media bulletins, pitches
• Support relations with stakeholders including media (across all formats), external PR partners, labels, agents, and artist management
• Responding to media enquiries
• Lead grassroots publicity including pre- and post-concert coverage
• Manage accreditation for media for Live Nation U.K. Concerts
• Compiling media nominations an attending press junkets or talent promo
• Invent ways to streamline communications across all Live Nation U.K. Concerts
• Undertake general administrative and clerical duties
• Contribute to weekly marketing team meetings and strategies
• Participating in PR planning sessions and brainstorms
• To produce and execute media coverage across tradition and contemporary media (television, radio, print, online and influencer)
