• Have a passion for envisioning, designing, and bringing transformative and leading-edge products to market.
• Help to formulate clear and coherent business cases, competitive analysis, product support processes and documentation.
• Define product specifications using clear and consistent user stories, with acceptance criteria that are fully validated by relevant business stakeholders and their requirements.
• Drive the delivery of features from conception to launch, creating deployment plans and working with creative design, engineering, and operations teams to execute.
• Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• 5+ years of proven experience working on complex eCommerce software products in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
• Proven experience working with mobile responsive websites, preferably global B2C e-commerce properties with high traffic.
• Demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with remote colleagues, across business areas and levels.
• Experience with deciphering various business needs and converting requirements into clear, coherent specifications using user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria and any other supporting documentation.
• Natural curiosity about how things work and a strong technical background to explore new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of, or experience with, emerging technologies related to ticketing, live streaming, and/or live events.
• Desirable practical experience of delivering multivariate/A-B testing campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience using analytics/BI tools, such as Google Analytics, Domo, Databricks or ContentSquare.
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal and influencing skills (at all levels internally, externally and cross-functionally).
• Ability to earn trust and develop relationships and partnerships with internal and external team members.
• Are self-driven, proactive and dedicated; able to operate autonomously and efficiently in an entrepreneurial setting
• Have exceptional quantitative data analysis, critical thinking skills and an ability to spot trends and derive actionable conclusions from sparse datasets
• Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
