THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking a Premium Operations Team Lead at Huntington Bank Pavilion The Premium Operations Team Lead assists the Premium Club Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Premium Sales program while driving exemplary guest service.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Supports team in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and the PSS team
• Aid all crew members as necessary and communicate effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience while serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, etc
• Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)
• Monitor all Premium Seating areas to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted
• Partner with fellow crew members before and after the show to be sure that all premium seating/club areas are ready for the guest's arrival and prepare for the following show. This includes but is not limited to: removing all seating covers, collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades, recycling, etc.
• Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
