THE JOB

You will play a key role in keeping the Brand Management team on top of their game. You will be directly involved in making sure the Brand Management team maintains itself as a world class organization, delivers extraordinary service and value to our brand partners, and supports cross functional teams within the Media & Sponsorship Division. This role will report to the Chief of Staff, Brand Management and focus on:
• Communications
• Financial Reporting
• Team Organization & Hiring
• Training & Development
• Client Engagement & Performance

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Brand Management Communications
• Manage internal team communications (team meetings, calls, emails) including monthly All-Hands calls as well as cross-functional team meetings as needed
• Support Chief of Staff and BM Leadership in planning in-person team conferences
• Maintain key team documents including org charts, account assignments, key contact information, OKR tracking, NPS performance summaries and other centralized information needs

Financial Reporting
• Manage P&L for the Brand Management team in coordination with BM, Finance and Sales; update and review with stakeholders every other month
• Analyze division-level financial reports, verifying accuracy of data with Brand Management teams and internal financial reporting system

Client Engagement & Performance
• Manage the team's Net Promoter Score program to measure client satisfaction, including survey platform management, scheduling surveys, analyzing/presenting the results and developing insights from the data
• Track team OKR progress and performance throughout the year
• Coordinate team's festival activity including maintaining list of sponsors at each festival, tracking on-site attendance, and ensuring division wide recaps are delivered on-time

Training & Development
• Own internal teamsite - a centralized place to house resources, education & training materials - including keeping documents up to date and working with internal team members to create new materials
• Work with VPs and BM Leadership to identify training and development needs and opportunities for Brand Management
• Be an advocate for standardization of division-wide collaboration tools to increase productivity and drive efficiency across all department
Other
• Oversee other special projects as needed such as supporting hiring/recruitment efforts, client hospitality experiences, etc.
• Additional responsibilities as requested from manager and/or BM Leadership

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1-3 years direct experience in operations, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
• Superior project and time management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• Record of successfully deploying and managing enterprise level technology systems and/or processes
• Success working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Integrated Marketing)
• Work with recognizable global brands preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with project management programs such as Asana/Trello is a plus
