THE ROLE
NoiseHouse is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Manager to join the team in Los Angeles. This position reports to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General NoiseHouse Admin
• Generate weekly job sheet
• Generate the monthly invoicing sheet
• Handle employee onboarding/off-boarding when necessary
• Work hand in hand with the CEO on new business opportunities
Insomniac Radio
• Oversee and direct creative strategy for Insomniac Radio - generate ideas for 24/7 radio station schedule, promote on-air programming, daily broadcast schedule, new music, entertainment, news, etc.
• Coordinate and produce live radio broadcasts from Insomniac festivals, including budgeting and staff
• Advance NoiseHouse staff and production needs at Insomniac festivals
• Responsible for being main information and communication source for partners on project details and progress
• Liaise with internal production team on delivering shows on time
• Liaise with managers and artists on receiving radio show assets
• Liaise with departments at Insomniac to schedule social content delivery, promo reads, trails and campaigns on the station
• Assist and/or spearhead sweepstakes/promotions requests and interface with marketing, design, editorial, and legal partners in an effort to successfully launch all promotions
• Helps to coordinate and schedule kick-off meetings with all appropriate team members to account for accurate information prior to assigning to design/production team
Syndication & Distribution
• Pitch NoiseHouse content actively to FM, XM & internet stations, digital distribution platforms, and the wider industry
• Negotiate, monitor and improve time slots and marketing of shows on partner stations
• Source new stations and platforms and build relationships to promote new and existing content from NoiseHouse clients
• Generate quarterly reports for clients with data on station details, time slots, listener figures, online streams, future targets and work in progress
• Upload shows to FTP and Dropbox site(s) for delivery to stations
• Nurture, maintain and grow station contacts and exponentially grow NoiseHouse's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with accurate and reliable data
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders at all radio stations
• Coordinate in-person or phone interviews and press opportunities for clients while touring
• Develop marketing strategies and milestone celebrations to grow and promote NoiseHouse content
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equal experience is preferred
• 3 years administrative or project management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
• Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
• Knowledge of the principles of target marketing
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AirTable, Asana or similar project management software
• General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
• Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus
• Some travel may be required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
