The Central European Marketing is responsible for the growing the Ticketmaster business, through both retention of existing clients, maximising potential revenue, winning new business both from existing and new verticals and delivering both B2B and B2C marketing for our clients and for our own brand.


We're looking for a Sport Marketing Manager, who is knowledgeable and passionate about sport and thinks digital-first, to set and realize the Ticketmaster marketing strategy for our central eureopan sports clients.

The role of Sport Marketing Manager, will be focused on helping our sports clients get the most from their partnership with Ticketmaster Sport, delivering a programme of B2C and B2B marketing support for our sports client and any central european tournaments in partnership with Ticketmaster.

The role will work collaboratively with our sports clients and Central European Marketing Team, to create, implement and manage marketing activities for sports clients.

• Suppport the marketing team and implement managing bespoke the strategic direction of the B2B and B2C sportmarketing for the region across Ticketmaster channels to support sports clients
• Liaise with the marketing team to implement marketing activity across the Ticketmaster sites, and channels including social media, CRM, Blog and affiliate marketing
• Support and implement new affiliates to drive additional reach and value for Ticketmaster Sport clients
• Manage dedicated B2C marketing campaigns for tournament projects
• Manage research, data, insights and B2C/B2B marketing plans
• Develop sports clients to enhance their digital marketing to increase online ticket sales
• Suppport in strengthening Ticketmaster's B2B (Sport)-client relations and increasing client satisfaction through B2B Marketing
• Negotiate marketing packages, campaign ideas and seasonal promotions with the organizer, control them and report back to the organizer
• Represent Ticketmaster through constant contact with new and existing customers
• Attend sports events and independently provide fresh content for our channels (social media, landing pages, sports newsletter etc.)
• Together with our sports sales team, you will continue to build our brand in the sports sector
• Take care of new client pitches and support our sales team with presentations
• Through your expertise and your strong personality, you build lasting relationships with our partners
• Observe the sports market and make recommendations to the management team

• At least 3 years of professional experience in sports marketing and ideally have experience in account management
• Knowledge of how to design, control and optimize effective marketing campaigns (sales and leads)
• Bring a hands-on mentality and can handle all common marketing tools
• Creative mind and design skillst
• Experience in using the common tools: Microsoft (especially Excel and Powerpoint), Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be fluent in German with strong English skills.
• Affinity to the digital world of sport

• Hands-on approach, proactive self-starter who can work on own initiative
• Strong organisational skills
