THE JOB

The Project Manager will support development and implementation of initiatives that the Process Management department is responsible for.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Identify opportunities for automation and data feeds to streamline existing functions, collaborate with necessary stakeholders to develop a roadmap for achieving desired results: show settlement, flash, forecasting, etc.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data for all aspects of the Venue Nation portfolio. Coordinate with departmental leadership frequently to ensure accuracy.
• Support development and rollout of complex initiatives: assemble and lead working groups, develop Standard Operating Procedures as needed, build and maintain file sharing sites as needed, standardize complex digital file storage, develop presentations for internal and external use
• Assist venues with implementing new initiatives: develop workflows, identify and produce key assets for visual communications, train venue staff, monitor and adjust processes as needed based on user feedback
• Build and distribute surveys in support of department initiatives: ensure timely completion, collate and analyze results, share results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in all levels of business, across all departments, with internal and external contacts representing a diverse background and specialized expertise.
• Support new venue launches: develop and maintain playbook for each project, arrange lodging accommodations, assist operators in establishing required systems, policies and procedures in new or existing venues
• Conduct frequent venue visits.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in venue operations or event experience in a hospitality related business
• Must have extensive background in data collection and analysis
• Ability to perform all job duties and responsibilities
• Requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Must have expertise in complex project management, profitability analysis and budgeting
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills in long term and immediate situations
• Experience researching, sourcing and navigating complex digital platforms.
• Comfort working in a high energy, loud environment.
• This role will require frequent travel, and working nights and weekends as needed.

Preferred:
• Live music venue or event experience
