• Support or lead the development and execution of data-driven, fan-centric, commercial growth plans for your categories. Then, share these plans with other teams within the organization (marketing, operations, product etc.) and work to execute
• Develop, contextualize, and structure day-to-day business opportunities with varying levels of complexity. Drive insights and clear next steps from output.
• Attend and actively participate in weekly operational meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment on category priorities

• Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to understand the economic drivers behind a variety of business models and to synthesize complex commercial data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated success in verbal and written communication with expertise in adjusting approach based on audience or setting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Excel and building PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences at multiple organizational levels. Experience with Domo, Tableau, or another BI tool is a plus
• Knowledge of, or an interest in, the NFL and college sports is a plus
• Desire to help create a fun, productive, and inclusive culture
