THE ROLE

Vibee is seeking a Manager of Event Team and Platform Development Communications to join the team. The Manager of Event Team and Platform Development Communications will drive global fan engagement and to ensure strong cross-team collaboration, through thought leadership, develop engagement growth for Vibee across its markets. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, can apply consumer insights to inform your marketing plans, and collaborate well with others. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualize efficient communications across the entire organization
• Evaluate executions during and after campaign launch for optimization
• Manage and deliver multiple communication channels for large events on time, on budget and to our quality standards
• Manage the day-to-day implementation of multiple plans collaborating with cross departmental teams
• Collaborate with teams of partners in various regions to deliver best possible results
• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to create impactful communications that drive excitement for our brands and sell packages.
• Own communication development budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation
• Develop and deliver campaign recaps, updates and brand reporting with accuracy and in a timely manner; recommendations for future execution
• Manage relationships with outside media and PR agencies, publishers, vendors, and partners
• Lead communication efforts on site at events, facilitating content creation and storytelling to grow our festival audience
• Track, analyze, and present metrics to leadership with insights on impact to company and clear recommendations on how to move forward
• Attend and work company events (domestic or international travel expected economy class)
• Responsible for other projects as assigned on a regular or occasional basis

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (7 years of equivalent industry experience)
• 7+ Event Marketing experience, preferably in music and/or entertainment industries
• 5+ Brand marketing experience preferred
• 5+ years experience in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to create effective event marketing plans and manage execution in collaboration with cross functional teams
• Experience with event pricing and ticketing strategies
• Experience in creating impactful marketing assets, CTAs, content, and storytelling
• Experience in digital marketing, ad buying, and ad campaign management
• Ability to use marketing funnel insights to identify trends and make effective tactical recommendations
• Experience with common analytic tools, (analytics, CRM data, etc.)
• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and a basic understanding of HTML a plus
• Team player, problem solver, adapter
• Proficient user in Microsoft Office products

REQUIREMENTS
• Uses personal vehicle to travel to business engagements; may travel out of town on business
• Must have clean criminal and driving record, current license, passport, and car insurance
• Must be motivated with an ''Everything is possible'' attitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events
