THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Director of Abuse Prevention, the Manager of Abuse Prevention (Compliance) will play a vital role in supporting Live Nation's defense against abuse. You will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team committed to safeguarding our digital ecosystem against malicious activities.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support the development and execution of anti-abuse solutions across Live Nation's global platforms.
• Assist in overseeing real-time monitoring systems and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure rapid containment and system resilience.
• Contribute to integrating human oversight with advanced tools and policies for effective enforcement and policy development.
• Assist in reporting and analytics efforts to identify abuse patterns and refine response strategies.
• Support the monitoring and optimization of algorithms and machine learning models for pre-emptive threat identification.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Essential:
• At least 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with technical aspects of developing and managing real-time monitoring systems and machine learning models.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting user experiences.

Desirable:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics or related field.
• Familiarity with Data Platforms and/or Machine Learning models is a plus.
• Prior experience in Abuse Prevention, Trust & Safety, Cybersecurity, and/or Fraud prevention is advantageous.
