Role Description
As Management Accountant for The Warehouse Project and Parklife, you will be responsible for supporting the production of timely and accurate management accounts for operating projects within both companies. The role reports to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to provide accurate and timely management accounts to agreed deadlines.
The role is principally concerned with the preparation of monthly P&L accounts, balance sheet reconcilliations and journals to comply with established SOX procedures operated by Live Nation Corporate. This Involves review and adjustments of all event accruals and deferals to ensure balances held at year end have relevant supporting documentation.
Additional responsibilities include the preparation of monthly cashflows based on forecast activities and maintaining P&Ls.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Proven experience within a management accounting function
• Financial / management reporting experience working to tight deadlines
• Strong Excel skills
• Qualified/part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong administration, time management and presentation skills
• Able to handle pressure and conflicting deadlines
Desired / Not Essential
• Media/entertainment/FMCG background
• Experience with Oracle and BPC
• AAT or Accounting Degree would be advantageous but not essential

What the role includes
• Produce monthly management accounts
• Review and explain monthly variances vs forecast/budget
• Upload event flash results and post any required adjustments
• Assist FM with project reconciliation of events, ensuring relevant level of support is held before year end
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations for review with FM, and action any adjustments, follow ups that are needed
• Monthly cashflow reports in line with forecast updates, review with FM
• Manage shows 'external shows' P&Ls
