The Role:
The Live Nation Women (LNW) Global Program Manager is a key driver of change, equity, and advocacy for women in the entertainment industry. They work closely with the Global Program and Operations Director to implement our mission-driven projects, programs, and initiatives with operational excellence. The role requires the ability to plan and prioritize with acute attention to detail, supreme responsiveness, and accountability. There will be a high level of day-to-day project planning and program implementation so they should also demonstrate a prevailing regard for processes, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, the individual will also spearhead projects that support messaging, content, storytelling, and promotion of the LNW mission so strong marketing and communication skills are required. As a key member of the LNW team, their goal is to support bringing the LNW mission to life.

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Global Programs & Operations Director of LNW to actively develop and execute Live Nation Women projects, programs, and initiatives globally.
• Develop project plans, timelines, activities, and deliverables to support project and program implementation.
• Understand and implement workplace and industry trends into programming as they relate to gender identity, barriers women face, and how intersectional identities compound these barriers.
• Drive projects that highlight division initiatives through messaging, content, and storytelling.
• Maintain budgets for responsible programs.
• Support cross-departmental relationships and communications to strengthen internal network and reach of LNW.
• Collaborate with HR, D&I, and Talent Development teams for program crossover, implementation, and rollout.
• Support the design and development of surveys and other ways to gather data from a broad range of program participants, analyze results, and help inform strategic program refinement.
• Engage as support with large LNW partnerships and large-scale event partnerships.
• Act as a point of contact and internal resource for other Live Nation divisions and the D&I team.
• Partner with LNW Touring to activate meaningful campaigns and/or integrations between LNW equity programs and LNW tours.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience building and running employee or community development programs.
• Ability to independently translate project direction into project workflow aligned with defined goals.
• Organized and strong communicator with acute attention to communication details, experience building communications for external audiences (newsletters, program materials, etc). Cover letter requested to demonstrate applicant's concise writing style.
• Effective at managing outreach, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaborations to align efforts and achieve objectives.
• Experience implementing strategies and executing large-scale projects and programs with a diversity and inclusion and gender representation lens.
• Experience driving projects and providing creative direction related to marketing campaigns, social media, and video content to support brand positioning and storytelling.
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with high level of responsiveness.
• Must be a strong team player with an ability to work closely with others successfully as part of a highly decentralized organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellence in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
