Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia will be following in the footsteps of our original Brooklyn location, noted as ''one of the most incredible places on Earth,'' by Rolling Stone. Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 24 lanes of bowling, 2 bars, featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. Located in the heart of the historic Fishtown neighborhood, adjacent to The Fillmore and The Punchline in what has become a burgeoning entertainment district, the venue is slated to open Q4, 2021, and will be Brooklyn Bowl's fourth location.

Job Description:
As a Lighting Designer, you must be someone who can program as well as run lights, with an emphasis on programming. You also must be able to quickly adapt or alter lighting situations based on events and performer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Performs the Load-in of band equipment and rental equipment
• Set Up and break-down of band and event equipment
• Focus and lighting adjustments to artist or event specifications
• Spotlight Operations/Lighting Control Boards operation & programming
• Maintenance and repair of lighting equipment
• Assist with Production throughout the house as needed
• Accommodate artist/ event A/V requirements
• Responsible for safe and consistent operation of lighting
• Assist with the technical advance with Artists representatives
• Ensure proper care and handling of all in-house and rental lighting & A/V equipment
• Interact with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show
• Distribute or create lighting plot plans
• Oversee and operate systems pertaining to lighting throughout the entire event
• Ensure Special Events lighting needs are scheduled and met
• Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
• Assist with any Special Events operations

Qualifications:
• Live music venue experience; musical touring experience and electrical experience preferred
• Grand MA2 proficient
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
