JOB DESCRIPTION – Junior IT Specialist
Location: Warsaw Poland

THE TEAM
Our IT team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for the company and its partners. We provide technical support for various systems, manage event access control, and maintain the hardware and software used across the business. Our goal is to ensure reliability and innovation in all technical aspects, helping to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
THE JOB
As a Junior IT Specialist, you will provide critical support to the company and its partners, ensuring seamless operation of systems related to events, sales outlets, and access control. This role is a key contributor to maintaining the company's hardware and software infrastructure, while also participating in the design and implementation of technical solutions for our events.
You will work directly with internal teams, external partners, and various company departments to ensure proper technical operation and support. As a part of this role, you will be involved in hands-on troubleshooting, training, and system upgrades, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and live events.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Provide technical support to the company and its partners, ensuring smooth operations across all IT-related systems.
• Implement, test, and maintain software and hardware solutions for the company, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Offer technical support for company outlets and points of sale, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Design and implement event access control solutions, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant with requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on various software and hardware solutions, improving system use and adoption.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and stocktaking for the company's hardware and software assets.
• Translate software documentation and user manuals from English to Polish, ensuring accessibility for the local teams.
• Assist in testing new systems to ensure they meet the company's technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continually optimize technical processes and solutions.
• Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors to support the company's overall objectives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting, with a focus on POS and access control systems.
• Experience with event management or live entertainment systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks while also being a team player.
• Fluency in both Polish and English is required for effective communication and documentation.
• Proficiency in technical training and providing user support for IT solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking, server administration, and system maintenance.
• Experience in translating technical documentation is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
