Job Description
Company: Cream Global Ltd.Location: Liverpool and on site at events
Reports to: Group Financial Controller
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm in the Liverpool office, with extra weekend working throughout the festival season, as required.
Contract Type: Maternity cover, fixed term contract, 12 months
Role Description
This is a key role within the team for the Cream festivals and events, namely Creamfields, Download, On The Waterfront, In The Park and various others across the UK. This person will assist the Financial Controller and the wider finance and ticketing team with daily tasks and ad hoc duties in the office and on site at all events.

What the role includes
Accounts Payable
• To be the primary accounts payable liaison, between the Liverpool office and central AP function in London.
• Send overhead invoices to London processing function.
• To ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner by London, and to follow up if not.
• To resolve any queries evolving from non-processing of invoices.
• Ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner by local managers ahead of payment and are followed up to ensure payment is processed by London.
• Resolve any AP queries presented by suppliers e.g. missing payment, invoice issues,
• Prepare regular BACS reports for approval and payment by London office
• Process new supplier checks for Compliance,
• Check new bank accounts for Compliance approval.
Accounts Receivable
• Raise AR invoices in a timely manner as and when required
• Assist with London based Credit Control department, liaising with clients and building relationships
Payroll/HR
• Ensure all legal working checks have been done by recruiters and gather evidence of working eligibility to keep on file using JotForm, helping with any queries relating to work eligibility
• Issue Contracts of Employment
• Gather timesheets after each event, enter onto PDE grid, send to payroll in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines. Post-processing checks.
• Deal with pay queries from staff/recruiters.
On site at events
• Assist the ticketing team with Accessibility administration, dealing with customers, helping with signage, box office queries as they occur, general event support.
Extra responsibilities
• Attend all events and festivals where and when required.
• Any other ad hoc duties as requested by management and the wider team
• Assist ticketing team with onsite duties as required.
Key Dates
You will be required to attend the following confirmed events plus any other events not yet confirmed
• Download Festival (event dates 10th to 14th June 2026) – working on site for the whole of event week and extended hours on event days.
• On The Waterfront (event dates 18th to 21st June 2026) – working on site for the whole of event week and extended hours on event days.
• In The Park / Lost Minds Newcastle (event dates 8th to 12th July 2026) – working on site for the whole of event week and extended hours on event days.
• Creamfields (event dates 27th to 30th August 2026) – working on site for the whole of event week and extended hours on event days.
