THE JOB

Live Nation Entertainment's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live music and interest in research methodologies and data.

The role would assist the Fan Insights group by providing key support across all areas of the business and assisting in three central areas of focus, namely: Marketing, Media Sales, and Digital Media.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support entire lifecycle of market research projects; includes collaborating on questionnaires, programming and launching surveys, monitoring fieldwork, identifying key audiences, and generating data tables
• Help to manage and launch custom quantitative surveys in Sound Board, our proprietary panel of live music fans for quantitative surveys and qualitative research activities
• Analyze data from post-event surveys to identify the impact of sponsorship on brand metrics
• Highlight key opportunity areas for sponsors to enhance the fan experience
• Distill and organize information from vast data sets for partner deliverables
• Organize fan research projects and deliverables to help democratize insights across organization
• Provide support to manager creating story-driven presentations for partners
• Partner with Fan Insights team to elevate communication and organization of deliverables and data

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BR ING
• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or recent graduate
• Eagerness to learn qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote
• Comfortable being hands-on with data using Excel, SPSS, Tableau,
or other advanced data manipulation tools
• Familiarity with social listening tools and syndicated data sources such as YouGov
• A creative problem solver who embraces new challenges
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and master new research and analysis platforms
• Passionate about live music, media, and culture
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
