Overview:

Located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, The Triffid is housed in a converted WW2 hangar, blending history with a lush garden setting to create a vibrant hub for music lovers. We are artist-focused, environmentally conscious, and community-driven, united by our passion for music!

Reporting To: Venue Manager / Group General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with bookings and production teams to meet artist requirements and deliver outstanding service.
• Motivate, train, and support casual staff and supervisors to foster a positive team environment.
• Manage daily operations, including overseeing security, coordinating staff, and handling box office activities.
• Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring venue readiness and addressing any on-the-day issues efficiently.
• Engage with customers on social media and promptly address inquiries during your shifts to enhance the patron experience.

Key Attributes:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume operations role, preferably within the live entertainment industry.
• A strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
