THE JOB

We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional in the Cultural marketing landscape with an expertise in engaging with LatinX communities, both within and beyond Latin Music. You are a well-connected marketer with deep knowledge and understanding of the cross-cultural brand, agency, and partnership ecosystem. You understand the power of live music experiences and the value that our highly influential properties bring to brands and fans. Collaborating with our internal stakeholders, you'll leverage your knowledge of cultural marketing brand objectives and budgets to develop and manage a strategic new business roadmap, continuously filling the new business pipeline.

You will be responsible for unlocking incremental brand revenue within the Live Nation Cross Cultural marketing product portfolio, including best in class festivals programs amplified by media and content.

You'll focus on developing relationships with both brand and agency partners, identifying and evaluating strategic areas of opportunity.

You'll work closely with our internal sales, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure that we're creating programs that use the right mix of Live Nation assets and products to solve our clients' specific industry challenges and help them meet their marketing goals – all while enhancing the experience of Live Nation's fans in a culturally relevant way.

This position reports to the SVP of Regional and High Growth Festivals.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Leverage industry expertise, cultural market trends and deep knowledge of client's needs to generate extensive client growth
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities with brands targeting cultural communities
• Inform and collaborate brand pitches to senior marketing and advertising executives
• Position Live Nation as a strategic resource throughout client's cultural marketing and media teams
• Work with sales and creative teams to build high impact integrated music-based marketing platforms that drive brands' cultural marketing objectives
• Develop trust and deep client / agency relationships so you are the first person they contact when thinking about a cultural music strategy
• Be on top of relevant cultural market trends, client needs, expectations and opportunities as well as shifts in the competitive landscape; Monitors the competitive marketplace, including sports and entertainment properties
• Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• BA/BS Degree required.
• English and Spanish fluency required
• 7+ years in cultural brand marketing experience in the partnership creation space within Entertainment, Sports, or agency. Additional experience within cultural Music festivals or sports partnerships is preferred.
• Successful track record in building partnership programs that authentically connect with cultural communities and drive true brand value.
• Ability to drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a collaborative attitude.
• Exceptional ability to successfully manage and problem-solve in a group of stakeholders with different priorities.
• Relentless focus and prioritization tied to team goals.
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including well-developed persuasion and influence skills.
• A disciplined work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, persistent with client follow-up, and strong desire to work in a team environment.
• Travel may be required.
