WHO ARE YOU?

Live Nation is looking for a passionate and detail oriented Creative Operations Specialist with a creative eye to assist with the Venue Nation creative factory's optimal performance through streamlined processes, tools and communication. You will work alongside experts to develop production and workflows from intake to asset delivery, support creative products, communicate between client and creative team, achieve deadlines and provide top notch customer service. Most importantly… you must have fun doing it.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support the operational strategy, and roadmap for Venue Nation creative products and capabilities aligned to organizational and business goals
• Project manage creative requests for brand, food & beverage, Premium seat & sales, special events, experience marketing, onsite operations, show marketing, content and executives
• Gain a deep understanding of venue creative tools and systems
• Collaborate with Venue Nation Creative team piers made up of project managers, graphic designers, creative directors, art directors, content creators, motion designers and editors
• Assist with creative product launches
• Develop and provide training opportunities
• Maintain a regular communication schedule with stakeholders
• Pull creative production analytics and reporting data into a report
• Work closely with Venue Nation operations lead to discover opportunities to enhance creative capabilities and output
• Maintain creative request and project management workflow
• Manage venue creative assets for thousands of shows annually through the use of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
• Work with various venue teams to catalog specs and requirements from Live Nation owned and operated venues
• Work efficiently within project management software platforms to establish status updates, communication and transparency
• Proof creative materials for accuracy and quality
• Deliver final creative assets to stakeholders
• Maintain online creative informational hub

REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for concerts and experiences that only live music can provide
• A get it done attitude and self drive no matter what it takes
• Proven work experience in product management with a focus on creative
• A creativity mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Understanding of creative production planning and processes; ability to estimate project scopes of work and time required to complete tasks is required.
• Ability to adapt, communicate and manage in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Time management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and effectively deliver projects for clients
• Highly organized
• Ability to work well with a team
• Analytical and problem solver
• Desire to learn, adapt, implement current and future creative trends
• Expertise with Asana, Adobe, Frame.io, Brandfolder, Box
• Proficiency using creative applications, data and reporting software
