Position Title: COVID Compliance Supervisor

Location: North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre-Chula Vista

FLSA: Hourly / Seasonal / Non-exempt

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Interpret, implement, and support Covid guidelines at our venue
• Manage employee health check-in process, including checking vax cards
• Work with nurses to ensure smooth flow of rapid testing process for staff
• Manage small team of support staff
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication, signage, and crew engagement in managing Covid-19 risk
• Assist with guest vax card checks and communication to guests regarding health protocols
• Oversee PPE, rapid test, and sanitization inventory for both FOH and backstage crew COVID protocols

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Comfortable with checking of vaccination cards and assisting in rapid test administration
• Availability to work all shows for the 2022 season. This role primarily works on show days, with limited non-show day hours available as needs arise
• Ability to adjust as changes to policies and procedures occur
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Sense of urgency
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Able to work independently
• Live music venue or event experience helpful but not required
