Job Description
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• This role requires traveling with the assigned tour
• Serve as the primary liaison between project manager, vendors, and local staff for successful execution of events
• Responsible for set up and break down of dressing room
• Load in and out equipment
• Misc. reporting as needed
• Advance logistical details with building
• Maintain positive relationships and open communication with tour management,
• security and all relevant staff
• Expense reports
• Facilitate daily backstage needs
• May assist with other projects as needed
• Role and responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned tour
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• A high school diploma or equivalent works for the education requirement
• Prior Event Production and/or Music Touring experience
• 1-3 years of live events experience
• Possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to make clear concise decisions, often with limited information
• Capacity to work flexible and long hours, including late nights and weekends
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Quick-thinking and an adept problem-solving skill
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proven profinceny to independently manage your time, prioritize tasks to meet directed deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Capability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Display initiative, accountability, and work independently, when necessary, while also working as a constant team player who is collaborative, positive, and flexible
• Comfortable with continuous weeks of travel on a bus or airplane with multiple touring staff
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50lbs
