Concerts, Settlement Manager

Job Description

This role primarily works remotely, but does require onsite presence to settle shows.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Liaison between Live Nation and artist representative
• Prepare pre settlements as needed
• Prepare and execute night of show event settlements
• Coordinate, prepare and settle with third party buildings and any co promoters
• Preparation of Post-Show Flash Reports per Company standards & deadlines
• Show Cash ordering/handling/reconciliation
• Communicate & Coordinate with the local office and accounting team on all financial

related items as related to settlements/flash reports
• Ensure flashes are completed in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies
• Various projects as needed

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Must be able to read and interpret ticket audits
• 2+ years of contract review
• Solid communication abilities, experience sharing ideas/needs with all levels of venue and artist representatives
• Adaptable with work hours, supporting weekends and holidays as needed
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
