LN Concerts, Production & Operations Manager - Netflix is a Joke (Temporary)
THE JOB
The Production and Operations Manager is responsible for the advancing of on-stage, backstage, show settlement and other technical details of the Netflix Is A Joke Festival both in traditional and non-traditional venues and spaces. They'll work cross-functionally to build operations plans to streamline festival operations and on-site production. This is a full-time, temporary position from October 1st, 2025, through May of 2026. The position is based in our Beverly Hills office 5 days per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Plan and execute on all festival operations and venue relations and production assignments and coverage;
• Collect and organize all live show advance requirements
• Engage and execute on all festival branding needs and implementation with Netflix team
• Support production, operations and booking teams as needed and assigned
• Streamline festival pre-settlements, settlements and artist show advances for both taped and non-taped shows;
• Streamline and implement show coverage, scheduling, training, etc. with Live Nation local teams and festival teams;
• Manage all core documents to data share best practices and communications between Live Nation, Netflix and any other 3rd party partners;
• In conjunction with Netflix, Live Nation and other assigned festival partners, design and implement credential management systems
• Manage all key venue relationships and contracts
• Manage team of production managers and ensure they are on-boarded with relevant show contacts and information; and
• Oversee other projects and tasks as assigned and needed for overall improvement of festival operations internal and externally.
• Work across festival teams internally and externally in a collaborative way
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Combination 4 plus years' experience as Production Manager, promoter rep, or event coordinator; general knowledge of venue operations preferred
• Possess strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail/problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Be a self-motivated individual who possesses a ''roll up the sleeves attitude'' and a ''hands-on'' style, as well as the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment
• Ability to travel within the market as schedule dictates
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
• Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures and programs.
• Must work well under pressure/Even tempered
• Ability to make clear concise decisions; sometimes with limited information.
• Computer proficiency in Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The expected compensation for this position is:
$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
