Job Description
THE JOB
As a Strategy Manager, you enjoy assessing problems, thinking through solutions, and outlining recommendations to leadership. You will build models, presentations, and other ad hoc deliverables that will enable our organization better assess trends, review deals, and generally better inform business decision making. You'll leverage colleagues across the organization including our analytics function to run comprehensive analyses. As a key player in our US Concerts Strategy and Analytics team, you are excited to own your role and make an impact.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Work directly with senior leadership to identify business challenges and opportunities that will lead to analyses to inform decision making
• Align closely with the rest of the analytics team to partner on their deliverables as well as to gather information to inform analyses
• Build models and tools to assess various scenarios across our business including live event performance outcomes and talent deal terms
• Generate high-quality presentations gathering data from multiple sources to support ongoing reporting needs and overall priorities of the leadership team
• Compile comprehensive analyses with large data sets to identify insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, or other considerations for the business in near real time as data is collected
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to answer business questions as needed
• Manage the tracking & reporting on strategic initiatives as needed
• Present data-drive strategies to external parties (artist managers, agents, etc.) as needed
• Promote collaboration across the broader analytics teams to enhance data sharing, alignment, and strategic insights
• Other Duties, as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics)
• 5+ years of relevant Strategy, Consulting, and/or Investment Banking experience
• Entertainment Industry Experience a plus
• Must have experience building models and presentations
• Programs: Highly advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint
• Proven success working in a team-oriented environment
• Strong acumen for technology and data
• Ability to critically evaluate data
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Willing to work when necessary to help get overall team goals accomplished and ultimately, support the business

The expected compensation for this position is:
$165,000.00 USD - $207,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
