PROGRAM COMMITMENT
The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026

THE JOB
Live Nation is seeking a Ventures College Associate to work on our New Ventures team, which delivers new adjacent lines of business and future growth to the company through investments. By leveraging the largest concert, ticketing and music sponsorship businesses in the world, our Ventures team finds opportunities to disrupt legacy industry norms and use emerging consumer and technology trends to build new brands, products, services, partnerships and business models. This role will work alongside the existing team to conduct research, evaluate opportunities, and make recommendations to senior leadership. New Ventures integrates brands that sit at the intersection of culture, consumer behavior, and technology; from emerging beverage and CPG categories to B2B, fan engagement and experiences innovation.
The Ventures College Associate will support sourcing, diligence, and strategy for new investment and partnership opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who's analytical and excited about startups, consumer trends, and how brands scale through music and entertainment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Perform market research to help identify new investment trends and opportunities and synthesize insights
• Source and analyze external market data related to companies and categories of interest
• Work with internal stakeholders to source and analyze internal data
• Distill data analyses into actionable insights, and compile insights into simple, shareable documents for distribution
• Assist in maintaining deal management database including adding meeting notes and updates
• Assist in drafting investment memos and internal slide decks to communicate investment opportunities to leadership
• Participate in Ventures team brainstorming sessions and deal review meetings
• Attend select meetings with startup founders and management teams
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
• Demonstrated interest in venture capital and/or entrepreneurship
• Highly organized, curious, and comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills - ability to analyze and translate data into insights.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and some experience with financial modeling
• Ability to conduct detailed research and find information to generate actionable insights
• Outstanding critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
• Adept at working both collaboratively and independently; proactiveness is a must
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance urgent and ongoing tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with PitchBook, Crunchbase, or similar databases a plus
• Passion for music and live events is a plus
