THE JOB

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a CCTV operator. This role will be tasked with monitoring, communication, and surveillance of venue premises, property, and safety. This position is part-time seasonal during event dates which can be during weekdays and weekends.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Responsible for surveillance of patrons, employees, and assets utilizing Live CCTV footage
• Rapidly multi-task between communication, monitoring, and reporting any emergencies or incidents on event dates
• Monitor and log radio communication during high volumes of traffic
• Comply with all the legal & ethical instructions given by the Security Manager on duty
• Adhere to the Security department's policies and procedures
• Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines and deadlines set by the Security Supervisors and/or the Manager of Security
• Bridge communication across departments via radio
• Complete after show-reports with the highest level of detailed information

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English with high levels of grammar
• Ability to represent the Security Department in an exemplary manner
• Ability to effectively perform work under pressure without the loss of composure
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information
• Ability to interact effectively and calmly with onsite CCTV personnel, medical, and police
• High Proficiency with computers and ability to type at least 45-60 words per minute
